Hey! I'm Ryan Howard; but most people call me RH. I'm a psychologist and mental performance coach with a Master's Degree in I/O Psychology. Put simply? I specialize in transforming lives. My work started 7 years ago; transforming bodies instead of minds. As a nutritionist and athletic trainer, I've helped over 300 people to get in amazing shape. But it was my passion for psychology, and desire to serve my clients on a deeper level that lead me to ask a single question: "What is it about the most fulfilled, successful people that causes them to get peak results in ALL AREAS of life, so consistently?" The answer, was shockingly simple. The key to happiness and success was the same concept I applied in athletics. Strengthen the "muscle" needed to create a desired outcome. But the difference is, creating your best life requires you to strengthen the most important muscle you have... Your MIND... Your "mental muscle." Therefore, ANYONE can gain the ability to live their best life if they can simply train their mind. Training others to build their mental muscle is now my life's mission.
